It has been 2 years with Indifi where initially i joined as Relationship Manager Sales and within 1 year i got promoted as Senior Relationship Manager. Over here there are good growth opportunities. Decent Incentive Plans and basic facilities are provided.

There is no secure job. When there a process reaped down they directly told the employer you can do resign that is very dislike option if you can have the other position you can move them there. You are saying directly resign that is not a solution. That’s why now I’m suffering no one company giving me the job.

I have been kept in this company as a 3rd party payroll, I was told that after 6 months of performance, you will be kept in the company payroll but till now no one has told me when I will be kept in the company payroll, I have also asked. still no response received

pathetic management and TL's behaviors are terrible no policies for women's late working after 7 pm they are ask women's to increase there work timing no support or appreciation your hard work and achievement's . lot of politics and favoritism if you want to being heard you just have to done slavery and gossiping with your TL or manager otherwise your handwork will 0.
