Holders, this job is like labour's work but they gives a world class job designation operations Officer, every one is feeling proud to be part of the IOSL. They are growing tremendously, no body can achive this type of success in any organization available in the world. When I was come to join this fabulous company they shows me dream of shift manager after 3 yrs. Unfortunately company changed its policy for provide better opportunities to every employee, they created one more post senior operations officer, they fill need more deep experience in the field for shift manager roll because of its job nature, which was very awesome decision, after 8 yrs still I am operations officer but I am not filling bad, because they serve me my bread and butter. Once I get promotion of senior operation officer, I will be eligible for shift manager, only there is very small thing to fulfill it, which is I need to complete 5 years as senior operations officer which is very small period of our career. Title: A Company of Broken Promises I have been with Indian oil skytanking pvt. Ltd. for several years now, and my experience has been a rollercoaster of shattered dreams and false promises. When I initially joined, I was assured that with hard work and dedication, I could climb the ladder to become a Shift Manager. However, this promise turned out to be nothing more than a carrot dangled in front of my nose. After years of dedication and putting in extra hours, I was eagerly awaiting the opportunity for a promotion to Shift Manager. To my dismay, instead of promoting me, the company created a new senior position that I wasn't even eligible for due to the arbitrary requirement of years of experience. It's disheartening to see that my loyalty and dedication were rewarded with nothing but disappointment. The management's decision to prioritize a newly created position over my well-deserved promotion has not only stalled my career but has also negatively impacted my life. I had made life plans and financial commitments based on the promised promotion, and now I find myself struggling to meet those obligations. Moreover, the lack of transparency and honesty in this matter has shattered my trust in indian oil skytanking pvt. Ltd. It's clear that the company is more interested in making false promises to employees than in fostering a fair and rewarding work environment. Please do not join this company if you are engineer. This aircraft fuelling job is trap they will sign 3 years bond from you and take DD of 1 lac as bond breakage amount . This is purely physical job no brain required, you have to keep your self respect at home no body will respect you. They will force you to work for 13 hours in sunny, rainy ,winter season in day and night shift, single mistake from you they will issue warning letter which will affect your increment. VP (Mr. Acharya) of Mumbai region is most egoist person. he will never listen to employee, never think of employee. he is dictator. Operation manager (Arun N.) is donkey who is at his position by licking toes of higher management he is very less educated not even engineer he will do everything to harass employee but to give solution to problem, shift managers are just puppets of higher management and don't have any skills and they don't use their brain . This job is for ITI people don't ruin your life this is swamp once you get trapped it is very difficult to get out you will never improve in your skills, your mentality become like labours, you will suffer, your health will suffer even if you are so desperate, suggestion is improve your skills and join other job.
