Government job. If you are risk averse, this is a good place for you. You can also learn how the biggest company of India works.

In Engineering department, there is no fixed hours. In PWay JE, it is a 24*7 job. You have to be always alert and ready. Umpteen night duties is reality and it can take toll on your health. And, last but not the least, you would wish you were selected for any other department than being in PWay.

You can't spend time with your family. You will be far away from them. Your can just make them feel your presence by the money you send to them. Particularly it's a field job within a avg span of 400 kms. No proper stay will be provided. You can have food from outside.
