Get satisfaction in public service When we respect customers they show brotherly affection Largest employer Responsibility and accountability makes one committed not only to the job but in life as well.

Dislikes

Sometimes, rules may change and the customers may not understand that. Another thing is premium tatkal and 'suvidha' trains tariff which is not affordable to many and in the second try the rate may get increased further!
