Everything one can dislike about a working culture is a part of ECR. Corruption, corrupted people , pathetic work culture, no growth, re recognition.

Not a good place for workaholics..place for people keeping away themselves from work culture, very bad experience with bengali people, they do not work whole day, particularly men and women busy in haa hhaa haa hu hu hu etc, playing loodo etc in working hours, making huge noise like machli market during working times, making trouble to working people, non cooperative, hinsa log, they won't at all like working personnels, they call all other bengali people as bairer log and look into that mirror, never helpful, very bad experience, lot of cast and creed feeling, no chance for other caste people to get promotions or officer jobs, they dislike other caste people particularly south indians who are workaholics and simple. Job security, working culture is good, people's are helpful and supportive.

Dislikes

While working at Wagon Repair Shop SECR the basic facilities for the worker's like toilet, drinking water and cleaning is at poor level.

Work Details

It's very good and interesting, I learned a lot from these job and every day there is something new to learn.
