Likes

Very good experience as wide exposure with public and safety in trains operations. Well job security but work culture and management is beyond satisfactory.

Dislikes

The management does not address our genuine issues. The rules are framed but no infrastructure for its compliance. Job training is not being given seriously rather than compliance of law.
