Indian oil is not at all supporting to the apprentice. After the announcement of lockdown they just cutoff our stipend from 16000 to 11000. I have completed 9mnths of my training and only 3months is remained. They paid for that 3months even though I didn't attend to work because of covid. But they also said that they will not issue any certificate as I have not completed my 12 months training and if I want the certificate I have to work for 3months without expecting any stipend which is devastating for us. We can understand if they are not willing to pay stipends but atleast they can issue us certificate for the period I have worked. So now I don't have any proof that I have worked in Indian oil corporation....Read More

The job was interesting .I struggle a bit in the beginning but later I managed with my job. I learnt everything on the job. I got chance to deal with the multiple tasks that helped me in my skill improvement .
