Being a part of Defence force i.e. Indian Navy, I am very fortunate one and thankful to Indian Navy who gives me a lot.. Indian Navy tought me a lot and gives me various occasions to explore the my ideas and applied the same in betterment of Government institutions..

Since I was a member of Defence Force and I have to available for 24x7 and frequent transfers and posting on War Ships due to this I am unable to give quality time to my old age parents..

Hi all, I am from infosys indore with YOE - 12 as Technology Lead for application production support and operation with 14.25 fixed Ipa. I got offer from Accenture indore as associate manager for incident Management service with 20 Ipa fixed components. Another offer from alliancebernstein pune as operation Lead for IAM operation with 25 LPA My hometown is Shivpuri (M.P.) Please advise what to choose. Should I negotiate more with AllianceBernstein for more salary?

The severance package for Short Service Commissioned Officers isn't as per the recommendations of various committees. Short Service Officers are left to fend for themselves after completion of their tenure. Subsequent transition to corporate is hard and mentally taxing.
