Basically working culture in Account Dept is very bad, due to some un professional senior, they manage the department just like a Shop, it's a very wrong decision to join at INDIAN METAL OF FERRO ALLOYS LTD.

The working culture in Accounts Department is Very bad due to some un professional seniors, they don't know how to retain the employees. They manage the department just like a shop.5 persons quit the job within a year. It's a very wrong decision to join IMFA.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
