Working at IIT Guwahati has been an enriching and fulfilling experience.The institute's vibrant academic atmosphere,state-of-the-art research facilities,and focus on interdisciplinary collaboration create an ideal environment for innovation and learning.I particularly appreciate the emphasis on cutting edge research and the opportunity to work alongside talented faculty,scholars,and students from diverse backgrounds. While my experience at IIT Guwahati has been largely positive, like any institution,there are areas that could be improved.For instance,the remote location of the campus can sometimes pose logistical challenges,such as limited access to certain resources or connectivity issues with external collaborators.This can occasionally make planning collaborations or accessing specialized equipment more time-consuming. Additionally,while the institute has made significant strides in research infrastructure, further streamlining administrative processes or increasing funding opportunities for certain interdisciplinary projects could enhance the research experience even more. That said,these challenges also foster adaptability and creative problem solving,which are valuable skills I have developed during my time here.Overall,I view these as opportunities for growth rather than significant drawbacks....Read More
