Good work environment and culture, teammates and the professor who guided us are very supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair. Salary is fixed whatever they assigned the same continues for the entire duration of completion of that project time period.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
