Good culture and work environment. The management is totally transparent and teammates are also very supportive. There is a huge cafeteria, entertainment facilities and gaming arcade for chilling and entertainment. Policies are very good. Appraisals are fair and they not give good salary hike.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow and salary is also not hike.

The job is quite interesting and I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple tasks and that helped me get a taste of different roles

I was spend 16 years of my life for the nation as well as for the Indian Army and I feel proud for the same. Nature of work was challenging, cultureal, well discipline, transparent and respectful.

A vast self-sustained organization. Always work for well being of country and their personnel. Maintained a high degrees of discipline, security, health and welfare of soldiers. All soldiers of the army are well disciplined and loyal for the nation.

Dislikes

Soldiers are retired at early age so that army losses the trained soldiers and pay a huge amount a d pension. As and when soldiers required a continuous job for higher education and marriage of their children then they retired.
