No any one came to not start politics in Indian Army service now day also going politics, which state, Tamil person , all person language politics very bad condition going on Indian Army service

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
