Very good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management in all areas. There are lot of gaming facilities. Organization policies are very nice and gives good salary bonus and other facilities every time

Working with Indian Army for last 35 years was indeed a great experience. The work culture is the most satisfying type. I have learnt to command a unit of approximate 650 men with daring personality. I could inculcate leadership qualities besides being physically fit all the time. We always worked in cohesion.Army provides many other platforms to progress in life with handsome pay and perks. Nothing is bad about Indian Army.If you are mentally and physically fit all the time there is no problem at all. One has to be technology savy now-a-days to progress in life.

My work involved mainly of Administration and welfare of troops. I enjoyed my work thoroughly with plenty of entertainment and outings with peers group.

Excellent camaraderie and bonhomie, challenging training, job is secured, career growth not that good due to stiff pyramidal structure, salary doesn't compensate with the tough nature of job, innovation is stagnant and work life balance gets disturbed due to frequent transfers and postings.
