Nothing wrong about IAF. Only thing I felt is the talent is not being judged by the superior's. May be like in various other organizations...Clever survive and the hard working men gets crushed. Promotion is area which must be looked after. It should not be only through yearly assessment, in addition the individuals involvement, responsibility etc must be seen. Salary disparity prevails...... Temporary duty place accommodation and travel facilities must be improved. Rest law makers are there to decide what is good and bad for the organization.
