It has been wonderful serving in Indian Air Force and serving the Nation for more than 38 years of glorious service. Learning new things about my job was my priority in order to give my best to the wonderful service in Air Force. Always has been functual and disciplined. JAI HIND.

Dislikes

Not any major things for dislike. Few things being in defence serving always you don't like but that's how defence is all about. Some people don't like strict discipline and therefore comment negatively.

Work ethics, discipline, comraderie, team work, exposure to cutting edge technologies, comprehensive training to build a soldier, best man management and a good pay makes the organization the most sought out and wholesome job satisfaction provides an immense gratifying experience working in the IAF.

Dislikes

Frequent transfers are set back which doesn't allow air warriors to settle at a place even after three decades of service and a little bit promotional aspects.

Work Details

As an administrative manager I have gained an ocean of experience as a subordinate as well as as superior. I was suitably awarded for my work output with timely promotions and commendation. The overall experience is that I am a better equipped person.

Tremendous most organization, at least in India. Talking about pros- no job can provide such a work culture, time frame, unity, growth opportunities and so on whatever one can think of..

Dislikes

The only con faced in this org is that one needs to get re-located again n again, which in turn hampers social and domestic stability
