Excellent people most of them, training relevant, career growth not great, salary good, decent amount of travel and fun, thank god no politics, learning and very satisfying job, govt takes care of a lot of things, a great working environment with so much work life balance that you hardly feel deprived. Above all country respect you. What else!

Selfless brotherhood. Complete family atmosphere and unbreakable bond among the staffs and families. Nice work atmosphere, brilliant mentoring of the junior staffs by the Seniors, excellent cooperation among the staffs . 24 X 7 Hard working, but and no-stress/no politics work environment makes life easy and enjoyable.

Cannot disclose in public. IAF is my family and these are my family matters.
