Sub par work ethos. No time for families.always overburdened due to works related to physical fitness, even during holidays and weekends.frequent postings to the places which are disclosed only after posting is released.

Working environment is authoritative and sometimes works under stress with sub standards supervisors. Lengthy cycle of promotion especially in Non tech trades among below officer rank.

As Air force concern with our national security there can not be write any thing against it. Also there are no negativity with this organization. Its a great organization so whatever less negative side is there, they are parts of its discipline.
