Data oriented , everything is recorded and performance are measured strictly , focused learning modules for new employees , no issue in salary disbursement .

Not any satisfactory incentives as commited , if achieved target numbers but there are many checks for incentive, no HR intervention in branch offices , managers are ruling without rules and forcing unreachable goals ,no appreciation on efforts and abusive environment .no leaves allowed unless there is an emergency .
