Their liberty for the work as in other companies we have to walk in for the office plus boss is on head for the target. There is no target for salary as much you do you will receive next to next week and i like that thing

Depending on the team, there is a chance for learning new technologies and skill development. Being a company of 25+ year, the company is pretty stable and job is bit more secure than many other companies.

In some teams work life balance is non existent. Low salary, low increments and no perks. Another thing i dislike is that there is almost no recognition of tech. people. Especially if you are not of lead or manager level.
