They transfer the sales credit of the employees to other employees. They daily pressurize you on your daily inputs and sales. No growth is observed in this Company. They provide maximum fake data to the employees and expect sales from it. The name of company in market has been down-graded eventually as because of old employees. Depending on the team, there is a chance for learning new technologies and skill development. Being a company of 25+ year, the company is pretty stable and job is bit more secure than many other companies.

Dislikes

In some teams work life balance is non existent. Low salary, low increments and no perks. Another thing i dislike is that there is almost no recognition of tech. people. Especially if you are not of lead or manager level.
