Depending on the team, there is a chance for learning new technologies and skill development. Being a company of 25+ year, the company is pretty stable and job is bit more secure than many other companies.
In some teams work life balance is non existent. Low salary, low increments and no perks. Another thing i dislike is that there is almost no recognition of tech. people. Especially if you are not of lead or manager level.

Many people have no intentions of learning and they are very casual .They are treated as son in law's, daughters. Mr. Vaibhav kohli is very arrogant floor manager. He doesn't have any sense of talking . He is hardly 3 years old in the system and every month he keeps doing experiments without logical thinking. All of his experimentshave been failed but still he thinks himself as super talented and people who are working there since long are having capabilities issues. He keeps humiliating people just like that. His words are extremely concerning and pathetic that a family person would either resign immediately or suicide infront of him only . Oonko lagta hai baaki log ganga ji me milenge aur wo direct moksh praapt karenge. Itna arrogance itna attitude itna ghamand power aur position ka poore Indiamart me sirf inke hi paas hai. One should learn from DA that itni badi company scratch se banane ke bawjood wo kaafi humble hain. DG is also a jam of a person and has appealing Aura. Pulkit Pandey was a logical thinker and tele monthly was doing well in his supervision. Wahi company successful hoti hai jahaan long tenure wale employees jyada hote hain. Be it google, microsoft or tcs. Jo company apne old employees aur old customer ko retain na kar paaye wo naye employees aur naye customers leke kya hi grow karegi. Vaibhav sahab(sir is a tiny word for him) thinks that few people have been promoted by giving bribe and not on their merits. New Rm's are being promoted on the basis of buttering and not on the basis of merits. He is arrogant and baseless thinker. Executives who never performed,are being made auditors and rm or Bm who got promoted after giving repeated performance,are being treated as wage worker/street workers. He always threatens everyone that he will take away the job. Company has an ATL policy if manager forces any subordinates to resign but still,he keeps forcing everyone to resign. Instead he should resign as he has done nothing . He came to strengthen churn but due to his baseless experiments,company has lost their talented employees as well as customers drastically. Aaye the churn theek karne,churn aur sale dono kha gaye. Attrition itna jyada ho raha hai ki ye L1 and L2 ko linkedin par post karne ke liye kehte hain DG and DA must intervene immediately and take some serious steps else company doob jayegi . I took personal initiative in resolving multiple client issues, ensuring service delivery, and maintaining trust despite systemic challenges. My team remained committed and aligned with the performance-driven culture I fostered. However, my experience within the organization was marred by certain challenges. I encountered difficulties with internal communication and collaboration, particularly with some individuals in leadership roles. Instances of protocol bypassing and direct interference with my team created an environment of mistrust. Despite these challenges, my team remained cohesive and focused on achieving results. Unfortunately, these circumstances impacted my professional growth. Despite delivering strong performance as the highest-performing branch in Kolkata, I did not receive the promised salary revision. No I'll never suggest anyone to work in indiamart there HR will give so much of sugar coating and bluff you about work culture and job discription but reality is totally different. I must say salary of indiamart is really appealing as per the industry standard
They have a worst work life balance they will call you 9 at morning and and will leave you 8 at night you will not get any time for your own life all 6 day working its exhausting when your manager call you back to your office location at evening for reporting to him. Your promotion totally depends upon your performance and how yourmanager likes you. In terms of skill development there is nothing you will learn this job will help you learn to fool people out there. Company culture of noida office is really good but culture of my branch office was worst there is alot of pressure every employee is looking for a better opportunity.
