Lots of favouritism, buttering makes you a better employee. Unfair in internal rewards and recognition.. Highly biased culture..toxic environment

I have given my 3 years and 9 months to IndiaMart. The work environment is totally not favourable in Indiamart Dehradun office as majority of people gossip about someone's personal life more than their doing their work and the main thing is that Managers(sales team) use to provoke the same. Partiality happens in giving promotions. Leave policies are good but not use to be followed. Scruitning use to be happen on floor which is totally not acceptable. While giving feedback hierarchy not use to be followed....Read More
