As a company, its good, but most of the middle managers are not upto the mark

Dislikes

Lots of favouritism, buttering makes you a better employee. Unfair in internal rewards and recognition.. Highly biased culture..toxic environment

I have given my 3 years and 9 months to IndiaMart. The work environment is totally not favourable in Indiamart Dehradun office as majority of people gossip about someone's personal life more than their doing their work and the main thing is that Managers(sales team) use to provoke the same. Partiality happens in giving promotions. Leave policies are good but not use to be followed. Scruitning use to be happen on floor which is totally not acceptable. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
