The work culture in IndiaMART is very refined and pleasing. Employee benefits are fantastic. I joined IndiaMART as a fresher and now I feel that IM is a good workplace.

No proper guidance always TL always shoughting at worker's thinking they I'll work and uses local and abusive language which makes them think they are being overly bossy and takes over advantage surviving here is like only if they have good mood then it's a good day go start or if they have bad day they I'll show their angry on us and it's totally waste which is like mentally draining for people who is looking for permanent job it's not a right fit as it ruins your day every day and getting mentally drained so better ve careful and also manager also just for sake they only support Team leader but not the people their day is like doing makeup scold people and go home thinking we I'll do only if they behave like this and this is detailed notes thank me later once you go though all these on seeing this people will agree...Read More
