Worst working environment , every employee is searching for new job here and there is no branch manager ,no RM , neither thery are hiring ,and main thing INDIAMART didn't want to change their product,they are working with same product from last 28 years

A great company to work at with such amazing leadership in charge. One gets equal amount of opportunities and exposure. Work life balance is good and the employee engagement sessions are much appreciated. They conduct rewards and recognition as well which is a good boost to everybody’s morale. Ample amount of products and teams to work with.

Apart from low pay as compared to industry standards, there’s nothing negative about this company.

Favouritism by management, things on the floor are different then told during hiring and training due to bad people in management. Few managers are not capable enough to lead a team bcause of lack of skills.

The company have very bad behavior with their employees they always force on sales, the top management didn't work on how to improve products and after services they only focus on sales, the reputation of company in market become bad day by day.
