I am going ti write which may offend to many people but it is truth"Indiamart is banya company" and we all know what banya mentality is,apart from this you'll not get any respect for doing what you do.Top management is worst than britisher who came to India and made indian slave,you'll feel just like a slave.This company only have HR policy on paper but in reality it is fake, Work environment-Let me give you analogy,How a drugs addicted person feel when he doesn't get his drug ?????in the same way top management behave,and because of this they will make your life pathetic.
