Work culture is worst, you'll do hard work in this month and you'll get your incentive after 3 months which sucks. Work life balance is absent. Only 5-8% annual increment. Don't join this company. All the people in top management will be encouraging about incentive if you ask any question they have a simple answer we're giving you inventive. Just don't join here.

Pathetic culture Whole.power in just 1 hand and he is not an ELON MUSK kinds at all... pay is peanuts Show sha baji is immense on artificial parameters. Huge attrition even at National head levels,that sums up the while.pictuire. Too many old employees in the system (mostly family relation) who are not even unproductive and their non performance is spilling onto.other people.

Toxic work culture in Bangalore You will be mentally harasses like you are nothing to them. Too much of attrition because of toxic culture. The RM and above managers they only threaten you that they will transfer you, in short too much politics and toxic environment.
