Job security is there so you don't need to panic at all

Work culture is worst, you'll do hard work in this month and you'll get your incentive after 3 months which sucks. Work life balance is absent. Only 5-8% annual increment. Don't join this company. All the people in top management will be encouraging about incentive if you ask any question they have a simple answer we're giving you inventive. Just don't join here.

Toxic work culture in Bangalore You will be mentally harasses like you are nothing to them. Too much of attrition because of toxic culture. The RM and above managers they only threaten you that they will transfer you, in short too much politics and toxic environment.

Under my leadership, the Kolkata branch achieved significant milestones, including the formation of KCD and a remarkable revenue increase of over 300%. I took personal initiative in resolving multiple client issues, ensuring service delivery, and maintaining trust despite systemic challenges. I encountered difficulties with internal communication and collaboration, particularly with some individuals in leadership roles. No I'll never suggest anyone to work in indiamart there HR will give so much of sugar coating and bluff you about work culture and job discription but reality is totally different. I must say salary of indiamart is really appealing as per the industry standard

They have a worst work life balance they will call you 9 at morning and and will leave you 8 at night you will not get any time for your own life all 6 day working its exhausting when your manager call you back to your office location at evening for reporting to him. Your promotion totally depends upon your performance and how yourmanager likes you.
