- Brand name - Being in client servicing department it will help you in expanding your knowledge horizon because of interaction with so many industries.

Dislikes

- HR department is of no use here. - Employee exploitations. - Poor work culture. - No appreciation even after you are best performer. - No rewards & recognition - You cant expect work-life balance here. - Senior management doesn’t give a damn about hierarchy here. - Worst Incentive scheme here. They have hundred hidden reasons to say No to Incentives. - No saturdays off. Only 1 saturday off. That too get cancelled mostly. - Regional directors and zonal managers will ask you to call clients in the night also. And will ask you to lie and make fake commitments to customers just for making money. And yes, incentive is theirs. Not yours....Read More
