Best organisation for non performer. Incentive structure is good for executive level.

Dislikes

Compensation - Yes there is contest but if perform now the person will get his compensation after 6-7 months. No TA for sales but bike is mandatory. And working hour from 9:15 am to 7pm in paper. But inactual 9am to 8pm.

Excellent work environment and culture. Didn't know when very first year with IM have been passed. Policies are good, superiors are very supportive at every level. Direct interaction of Superiors with each and every employee is very impressive. Specially at the time of Global Pandemic 'COVID' policies of IM was so caring towards it's employees.

Dislikes

For keeping us update and engage, Training programmes must be there apart from Daily Huddle and Routine Education. HR policies must be there for us (for off-roll employees) also.

Work Details

Learning period was a little bit struggling, it was a different experience while switching from FSF to Tele Model. IM gave me a chance to work in different roles within same team.
