Under my leadership, the Kolkata branch achieved significant milestones, including the formation of KCD and a remarkable revenue increase of over 300%. I took personal initiative in resolving multiple client issues, ensuring service delivery, and maintaining trust despite systemic challenges. My team remained committed and aligned with the performance-driven culture I fostered. However, my experience within the organization was marred by certain challenges. I encountered difficulties with internal communication and collaboration, particularly with some individuals in leadership roles. Depending on the team, there is a chance for learning new technologies and skill development. Being a company of 25+ year, the company is pretty stable and job is bit more secure than many other companies.

Dislikes

In some teams work life balance is non existent. Low salary, low increments and no perks. Another thing i dislike is that there is almost no recognition of tech. people. Especially if you are not of lead or manager level.
