Job security is there so you don't need to panic at all

Work culture is worst, you'll do hard work in this month and you'll get your incentive after 3 months which sucks. Work life balance is absent. Only 5-8% annual increment. Don't join this company. All the people in top management will be encouraging about incentive if you ask any question they have a simple answer we're giving you inventive. Just don't join here.

Toxic work culture in Bangalore You will be mentally harasses like you are nothing to them. Too much of attrition because of toxic culture. The RM and above managers they only threaten you that they will transfer you, in short too much politics and toxic environment.

During my tenure as the Branch Head for Kolkata, I was responsible for overseeing and driving the branch’s overall performance. Under my leadership, the Kolkata branch witnessed substantial growth with the formation of KCD and a remarkable revenue increase of over 300%. I also took personal initiative in resolving multiple client issues, ensuring service delivery and maintaining trust despite systemic challenges. However, my experience within the organization was overshadowed by internal politics. Certain individuals in leadership roles, specifically Anirban Kundu and Nitish Verma, engaged in activities that undermined my position and authority. Their actions included bypassing protocol, directly contacting my team members to foster dissent, and creating an environment of mistrust. Despite these efforts, my team remained loyal, recognizing the value of a unified and performance-driven culture. Unfortunately, these circumstances adversely impacted my professional growth. Despite being the highest-performing branch in Kolkata, my salary was not revised as promised. Additionally, I was subjected to threats regarding the non-payment of my dues. This, coupled with the organization's lack of transparency and unprofessional conduct from certain managers (some with questionable backgrounds), created a toxic work environment. Indiamart is the most amazing company to work. Timing is also perfect 9 to 6 and the culture is also very good. Mon to Fri you have to work which is the best part of job.

They are providing weekly salary structure which is not so good you will not be able to save for future. Pressure is also the main reason for me to leave actually there KRA is too much to follow at the end something is left after doing too much work.
