Under my leadership, the Kolkata branch achieved significant milestones, including the formation of KCD and a remarkable revenue increase of over 300%. I took personal initiative in resolving multiple client issues, ensuring service delivery, and maintaining trust despite systemic challenges. My team remained committed and aligned with the performance-driven culture I fostered. However, my experience within the organization was marred by certain challenges. I encountered difficulties with internal communication and collaboration, particularly with some individuals in leadership roles.
