They give 2 times of food. Either lunch or breakfast or snacks or lunch. For this they debit 750 rupees from your account monthly. This is mandatory debit so u eat or don't eat doesn't matter.

1. Layoffs - company is laying off employees. The HR is lazy, ruthless and completly non-cooperative 2. Toxic culture - the seniors are completly toxic and political to work with. Everyday there is a struggle and politicis going on. Even for morning call you are late for 2 mins then also you will be humiliated, insulted and abused. 3. Casteism - South indian madrasis will favour only south indian madrasis<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. If you are not from their culture, you will be illiterated, insulted, bycotted and no or less appraisals will be given to you</mark>. 4 - Fraud claims of employee caring - In the start during the induction they will tell you that the company is very nice, people are helpful and protective.
