Day by day lots of changes in company like incentive structure, targets and protocol .

Dislikes

Deduction in incentive any parameters. Now a days Targets increase in Bob channel. Lots of new new parameters were added. Difficult to achieve MTD targets.

Work Details

In morning time 8.30 am there is a concall and then ready for bank and returns home in 7 pm then there was a concall up 1 hr n more. For female point of view is difficult to maintain these things.
