Everything is just unprofessional there .. this company only runs behind targets .. they do not care about employee.. even hr do not have any knowledge of anything going in company they cant even take any decisions by own . they take you original certificates on joining day and will give you after 6 months . And after urgent requirements also they do not give you your original certificate. They will always give you stupid reasons for everything.There is too much politics in every group .and if are good at you work and getting appreciated by your boss then definitely your group members will destroy your everything .They wont give you time to breathe there . managers always micromanage you . You will not even get single tea break and working time is almost 10 hours which is worst. Seniors provide worst service to clients and then they will ask you to take over with clients and listen to nonsense .no one is helpful there . Never join this company. Worst company no proper work is done by the employee. No proper leads are assigned for sales. In the service department no proper work is done by the employee. Alot of overtime has to ne done without any extra payment.
