I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI

This company is run by a financier. Working culture is very bad. There are no systems. The whole team is working under my guidelines. The ultimate goal is to achieve the target. Compensation and benefits are very poor.

I could not have experience with India Pharma people. But the present company where I am working is the environment and culture is not appreciable. Looking for a better change.
