1. Not a crowd of small clients, but big corporate names to work for. 2. Ideas and opinions are welcomed and appreciated. Independent credits are showered. 3. The Managing Director is an awesome soul as a guide, friend and Boss. 4. Work-life balance is excellent and people understand the gravity of situations when expected. 5. Higher management trusts you much.

Dislikes

1. Should add nice financial perks to the employees. 2. Bonuses should be as excellent as other things. 3. HR policies should be re evaluated and framed. 4. Should be a little strict for sales and marketing team to fetch more big clients to the pool.
