Es compony mein Linemanager hi sab kuchh hote hai wo apne fayde ke liye apne employee jhuta arop laga kar bin karan bataye hi hata bhi dete hai. Aur toh aur yaha es compony mein koi es bat ki pushti bhi nhi karta ki sach mein humhare employee ki galti hai ya line manager yuhi galt batein employee ke batein mein bata rha hai. Es compony mein employee ki nhi suni jati. Work karne ke liye ye acha plateform nhi hai yha employee ko daraya, dhamkaya jata hai linemanager ke dwara. At the time of district nurse educator no issue everything is fine happilly I did my all work and respect everything I got. But I joined job as a consultant NM MNCH) that time I struggled a lots No value of education in IHAT if u r bachelor Or masters your value is same to others line manager. Line manager did masters and employee also did masters line manager education not in health stream he dont know any thing but he is showing I know everything and not clear single doubt in one year always create doubt only. He want only employee always say yes sir yes sir if he is wrong Or right. In IHAT line manager work is only for Post man purposes sharing only documents nothing work. Not fix time to do phone call, massage or mail. State team give information to do single work and line manager give 10 more work after complitition that work line manager say do same work before privious like that only. Seniors are dedominating to her employee because of they are line manage. Whatever achievement employee did line manage take the full share of that achievents and line manager showing to his seniors we are nothing did he did everythig specially in MNCH team. One year my work experience is very good no words to explain my happiness. After one year I struggled in each and every moment duty start time and end time nothing. My personal life overall spoil.
