Performance management is broken across the company. It depends on what the manager has an opinion of you, the subjectivity is/was lost somewhere in the nine realms. If he/she likes you, you are the blue eyed boy otherwise you're a vector of plague.

Great place to work and open to new ideas which align with core competencies. Can't think of a better place when it comes to work-life balance while focus on outcomes remains paramount. Ideally, a great place for those interested in Healthcare, Marketing, and cutting-edge technology.

In some Business Units the strategy keeps changing way too often, which makes it very difficult to execute tactics and achieve desired goals.
