The toxic environment caused by certain individuals makes it difficult to thrive or even stay motivated. Lack of support from leadership and management, even in the early stages of the company. If support is missing now, it’s unlikely to improve as the company grows. Poor leadership that fails to guide, motivate, or address the needs of employees. No career growth opportunities—you’ll feel stuck with no clear path forward. Unrealistic expectations with constant pressure, leading to burnout and poor work-life balance. Overall: Even though it's a startup, I would not recommend joining this company. The lack of support, poor leadership, and toxic culture make it a place where your career could stagnate.
