The work culture is terrible, there is no growth in the organisation. The salaries are delayed by almost 30 days. The management is not bothered to do anything about the organisational culture.

Salary date is not confirmed, something we recv at 10th and all the times after 18 of every month. No policy of anything, no job security. This company is totally depend upon worst corporate culture. Terms and condition written on job confirmation letter is just on papers, they have no value. I had face lot of harassment here.
