Vison of the organisation - To loot money in the name of poor and illetrate people - They say platform fee of 5-8% but they can charge anything up to 100% depending on how innocent and illiterate the person is. No work life balance - They make you work for 12 hours everyday and even on work offs without any extra pay. I like the salary package and the work this company is doing it's really great where they are helping needy people those who are suffering from life threatening disease and the patient's are getting money from their treatment on time and alot of life was save also night shift manager behaviour is good with everyone...

Dislikes

Team leader behaviour is not good with employees and there's no work ethic followed by any one on floor, very bad part about company is that they are providing only one week off in night shift which is against India Government law...
