Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Assistant Manager - Process Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process training, with experience in improving and enhancing training programs, delivering process-related training, and ensuring that team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver process training programs for new and existing employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of training effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on employee progress and performance post-training.
• Ensure all training documentation is up to date, accurate, and accessible.
• Provide ongoing support to trainees and answer process-related queries.
• Continuously improve training methods based on feedback and industry best practices.
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Facilitate workshops and group sessions for process knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

Experience in the BPO or service industry is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in process training or process management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and departments.
• Proficient in MS Office and other related tools.
