There is a lack of transparency in the appraisal process. In this company, showmanship and personal relationships are often valued more than actual work performance. If you excel in creating appearances and engaging in flattery, this company might be a good fit, as these qualities seem to be given more importance than genuine work

Culture, they have people for people but again these people encourage a lot of exploitational behavior and unethical practices. I mean, their are policies, they are things for employees but people who are managers they don't let it surpass. In fact I am a victim of harassment and exploitation created by my manager since he was insecure if I grow then who would handle the team.
