There is no management for the employees. just like a work shop and treet like a labour. Company policy what they made it's bounces over heat to aal employees.

Dislikes

There is no food facilities and canteen always dusty and the sink is always smelling like a garbage area. If you have any issues and you want to solved by the management it will be never solved.

My work is not bad but quit good and I really enjoy to my work.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
