Good opportunities to learn and grow. Great set of international clients to start your career. Most projects are well-structured to enable freshers to understand various aspects of ecommerce at their own pace.

Dislikes

Politics at upper management rivals government bureaucracies. Lack of concrete HR policies leads to arbitrary appraisals, staffing and recruitment issues, and general insecurity about the job. General lack of accountability stemming from poor leadership at top management creates most of the challenges holding back Iksula from being a Top 10 KPO organization.

At Iksula, I overlook the initiation of projects, understanding requirements, creating estimations, planning deliverables and overseeing the execution of the cataloging management projects.

It's a toxic environment to work in! The Sr Management needs to learn people management skills and stop cutting corners. Give HR the support needed to develop people and not look at just firing people and getting new ones to keep the cost low. Quality of work also stays low with such attitude

There is nothing to like about the company, a decade old but still not growing, asked to work more and there is no compensation, they don't have a vision and purpose in the company, they just randomly pick the project, rather then sticking to the vision and mission of the company

Earlier there were one-side cabs, food and fun-fridays. Now there is nothing, we work like peasants here.

There were very few perks but all are gone now. You are forced to work extra minutes, cab service has been taken away so now you travel 4 hours in total for work in peak traffic hours and heat, no fun Fridays, toxic culture, and non-cooperative colleagues as well. Management is filled with politics and no growth paths. There are promotions only to the friend circle of the higher department. They have zero decency and manners of communication, they talk like people talking in the streets with no respect. Others who are working to get a promotion, are treated like labourers. If you don't get client they remove you and they don't terminate you they insist you to resign and I think they must have bench policy.
