General lack of accountability stemming from poor leadership at top management creates most of the challenges holding back Iksula from being a Top 10 KPO organization.

Earlier there were one-side cabs, food and fun-fridays. Now there is nothing, we work like peasants here.

You are forced to work extra minutes, cab service has been taken away so now you travel 4 hours in total for work in peak traffic hours and heat, no fun Fridays, toxic culture, and non-cooperative colleagues as well. Management is filled with politics and no growth paths. There are promotions only to the friend circle of the higher department. They have zero decency and manners of communication, they talk like people talking in the streets with no respect. Others who are working to get a promotion, are treated like labourers.
