Leadership is not well informed about the product...random decisions are taken.. leads not aligned with the requirements and the necessity to implement it..as a result you have to work om redundant random tasks which are later removed from the roadmap as a complete waste of efforts.

Work culture is good, and team is very helpful. Company provides the pickup and drop both transport facility for night shift. Big cafeteria, we can enjoy get together. Support team (HR, IT etc.) response on time.
