I do not like IIT Kanpur. Since I do not get any jobs, I am here.

Dislikes

Salary will never be increased; Lack of scope in VLSI to work in the department of CSE; Lack of student interest in VLSI design; Lack of scope to learn new things in VLSI design; Lack of expertise in VLSI design;

Work Details

In the CSE department of IIT Kanpur, no expertise in VLSI design; Our PhD students take minimum 6 years to complete the PhD.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
