I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Our office looks like old office, better to shift in new place. And I have hired with less package and appraisal they have not raised atleast. I joined as a junior qa, but even after appraisal is over they dint even changing my designation.its still as junior tag, its disappointing me much.
